The Foundry is a home base for social impact organisations to collectively incubate ideas, drive impactful innovation and build communities – to ultimately create meaningful change. As a collective impact hub, it is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and shared growth. By connecting organisations with the right people and resources, Foundry supports them in tackling complex social challenges, to build a thriving Singapore.
The Foundry has been in the works for 7 years. Over the past 7 years, The Majurity Trust has built a philanthropic ecosystem that brings donors, social impact partners and communities together.
The Foundry is about creating an ecosystem that holds space – to create the right conditions and environment to give social impact organisations the highest probability of thriving.

A foundry is typically where the metal structures that form the foundation of skyscrapers are cast and moulded into shape. When The Majurity Trust first conceptualised the idea of incubating young, early-stage nonprofits under one roof, Foundry was a name that came naturally to us. A name that encapsulated our vision, dreams and aspirations for the concept – to shape the foundations of young impact organisations.
Societal challenges are increasingly complex, and nonprofits tackling emerging and unmet needs in the community often face complex and multifaceted challenges. Yet, many struggle on their own – organisations are often siloed, under-resourced and lack access to critical support needed to scale and succeed.
The Foundry was designed to fill that gap by providing the financial, social, and human capital needed for organisations to succeed. The Foundry creates an environment where these organisations can collaborate, grow, and scale their impact, ensuring that they have the highest probability of success.
The Foundry is much more than just a co-working space – it’s a step in your journey as a social impact organisation, supporting to get you where you want to be next. At Foundry, we focus on your ongoing growth and development because we recognise that each organisation’s growth path is different.
The Foundry is a social impact hub intentionally designed to cultivate social capital for our resident social impact organisations and foster collective impact. The physical space enables proximity, leading to serendipitous conversations, meaningful relationships, and collaboration on solutions to pressing social issues. Foundry goes beyond providing office space – it creates an environment where resident organisations, sector enablers, and changemakers can engage deeply, share resources, and grow together.
What sets The Foundry apart is in the community it builds with its focus on building trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. The Foundry creates the conditions to enable partnerships to form organically and for the ecosystem to multiply the impact of each resident. It’s a space where conversations open doors, and collective action drives meaningful change.
The Foundry aims to house 24 social impact organisations, at various stages. At launch, we have about 12 partners joining us in the space.
The space is currently filled with residents who are grantee partners and partners of the TMT network. However, with time to come, Foundry is keen to support more social impact organisations.
The Foundry has a rate card membership, depending on your organisation’s budget and space requirements within The Foundry. As much as possible, we hope to ensure early-stage social impact organisations have access to the space and resources needed to succeed. The Foundry is committed to keeping costs accessible, so that organisations can focus on their mission and impact without the burden of high overheads.

Level 1 at The Foundry will be a social activation space and open to the public. Opening hours are below.

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
Level 2 and 3 are office spaces, and they are open 24/7 for residents with access into the space.
